At Cubavera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it to your mobile device.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
